Returns Policy

Please note that this is a natural product so colours and scents may vary slightly between batches.

We do hope that you will love and enjoy your products when they arrive but if anything isn't quite  right we are happy to help. Contact us on deziahedroots@outlook.com within 14 days and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Due to the nature of the products, unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges if the item has been used. If the item arrives damaged in transit, please can a picture be taken of the affected product along with the batch number and contact us as soon as possible. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery, if we are contacted within 7 days of your package being delivered. 

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return your unused product(s) for a full refund (including any additional postage costs) within 14 days of delivery. If you have any more questions please do no not hesitate to contact us for further details.  Thank you.
